Terms and Conditions of Hire

  1. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string must be used on the inflatable as they make a terrible mess and permanently damage the castle. You the hirer accept liability and therefore acknowledge you are liable for any damage caused whilst it is in your possession.

  2. No food or drinks are to be consumed on the inflatable at any time as it can create a terrible mess and stain castles. No smoking is to be done on or near the inflatable this also goes for the use of E-Cigs. Confetti, Glitter, and other form of substance that can stain/ damage the inflatable. If the castle is dirty beyond reason after collection, a cleaning bill will be incurred by the hirer.

  3. When we arrive to collect the inflatables, it is your responsibility to remove the children from the inflatable so we can conduct our job in an efficient manner.

  4. Any devices left on an inflatable that is deflated upon our arrival for collection can be collected. just be sure to contact ourselves if you beleive something important has been left.

  5. Any damage to one of your devices left on our inflatable due to the rolling of the inflatable is your responsibility and Imperial Bouncy Castles will not accept any liability for the damages.

  6. For the safety of castle users, all shoes, badges, and large jewellery items must be taken off before using the inflatable. You the hirer accept responsibility for the safety of all users of the castle whilst it is under your supervision. Any children must be supervised by a capable adult at all times.

  7. Make sure the inflatable is not overcrowded as bumps and injuries can occur. Furthermore, for the safety of small children, do not let them play on the inflatable at the same time. Climbing on the walls is strictly forbidden as it is incredibly dangerous. You the hirer are aware of this and accept full responsibility if there is any injuries or damage to the wall of the inflatable and will be billed for any necessary repair work.

  8. Whilst the inflatable is on hire to you, you must ensure that the children do not touch or play with any of the electrical equipment (Blower or Extension lead)

  9. You the hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of the inflatable whether this just be a day booking or overnight. All equipment overnight must be taken indoors (Blower, extension lead, artowork and speakers if applicable) On time of collection if any items are missing, you the hirer accept full responsibility of the safe keeping of the inflatable and will be billed for any missing items.

  10. Before we arrive, all animal foul (dog poo) must be picked up and the garden must be in a clean condition. If on artificial grass, the area of where the castle is going to be placed must be jet washed too remove any dog urine from the area.

  11. If you have the inflatable on an overnight hire/ 2 day+ hire, you must keep your animal from urinating on the inflatable as it is unhygenic and will have to be sent for a sanitised clean which you (the hirer) will have to pay for.

  12. Any Damage occured during your hire must be illustrated to the drivers or through any of our contact details. Any damaged caused during the hire can also be communicated to us through our contact number at the time. This will end up going in your favour with extra lenience given. Any damage due to wear and tear over time will not be charged to yourself. However, if there is damage to the castle due to negligence, you will be charged for the repair and will be provided with an invoice for the repair.

  13. When the pegs are hammered into the ground to secure the inflatable, they are not to be removed as they are there for your childs safety. When setting up the castle, the driver will communicate with you where you want the castle to be placed and is not to be moved during the hire. Any injuries or damage caused due to the removal of anchor pegs, the hirer will accept full responsibility for the damages.

  14. When setting up the inflatable, the anchor pegs will be placed into the ground. Any pipe work, leading to your house that is underneath your garden or underneath where the castle is placed, that is damaged, we will not take responsibility and the hirer will accept full responsibility.

  15. When hiring an inflatable, you must ensure there is a safe passage for us to transport the inflatable from our van to your garden. This includes moving vehicles out of the way so we can park as close as possible.

  16. If payment is not made online prior to the booking, payment is due on delivery of the inflatable. It is your responsibility to have the correct money available prior to us turning up.

You the hirer are responsible for all damage/ injuries that may occur whilst the inflatable is in your possession and are advised to take out public liability insurance covering the use of the inflatable and equipment whilst it is on hire to you. Whilst we have public liability insurance, that is for the protection of ourselves as a company. You also accept the castle is in a presentable and clean condition. If an inflatable turns upto your property in an unclean condition, our employees will always clean it on arrival. If an inflatable that you have booked has been collected the night before or the morning of your hire, you must accept that the inflatable may not arrive in a pristine condition due to the weather. You the hirer are aware that our company cannot take any responsibility for any injury caused whilst using the equipment provided. Refund/ Cancellation policy

Once a castle is booked and paid for it can be cancelled and refunded up to 1 weeks (14 days) before the hire is due to commence. Within this 1 week period, Hires made cannot be cancelled but they can be re-arranged for another date. This can be done by email or by using any of our contact details:
